Basic_issue

I can confirm the issue and also attached a testfile from my company, i
switched on one testsystem to 6.3.0.4 to try it out, we have a lot of files
with macros and all files show this issue, one thing which i find weird is that
the issue in this testfile shows only up in "Ausgabe_Gut" there you can't
scroll down and the selected cell not moving, interesting is when you scroll
down so that Line 1 is not showing on screen then everything works! as soon as
Line 1 shows up again, then the issue starts.
In "Ausgabe_RL" it is different it is almost the same logic, but it has not the
issue and i can't understand why. Maybe someone has an idea what the difference
is between the buttons on "Ausgabe_RL" and "Ausgabe_Gut"

Notes: i removed the basic code from the testfile
