Bug ID: 127125
Summary: Digital Signature Problem
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 6.2.0.0.alpha0+
Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
OS: Windows (All)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: LibreOffice
Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
Reporter: eldipa at hotmail.com
Description:
Cant´t digitally sign any document (calc, writer...) under Windows 7 x64 and
Windows 10 x64 using any new LibreOffice versions since 6.2.x with a high
security digital signature (e-Token).
Last working version was 6.1.6.3 x64 (didn´t try x86). Since that one, i wasn´t
able to digitally sign any document, so i had to go back to 6.1.6.3 version.
Tested all new LibreOffice versions from 6.2.x including 6.3.x (x86 and x64
versions) under Windows 7 x64 and windows 10 x64
I press the "Digital Signatures", then the "Sign document" button. The "Choose
Certificate" windows pops up and allow me to choose my certificate, but when i
press the "Sign" button the "digital signatures" window comes back blank, it
doesn´t ask for my signature password.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open up "File" menu
2.Press "Digital Signatures" button
3.Press "Sign document" button
4.Select my digital signature certificate from the list
5.Press "Sign" button
Actual Results:
Nothing happens, the "Digital signatures" windows comes back blank, without my
digital signature certificate.
Expected Results:
At point 5 should pop up a window asking for my digital signature certificate
"Password"... it never happens
Then return to "Digital Signatures" windows with my signature applied
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
I tryed at 2 different PCs one with windows 10 x64 and the other using Windows
7 x64. At both PC's version 6.1.6.3 works fine (had to reinstall that one).
