I see the error too, tested with Version: 6.4.0.0.alpha0+ (x64)
Build ID: 72b50be0197159c5afc5da4daf01ba303519b14a
CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 10.0; UI render: default; VCL: win; 
Locale: en-US (en_US); UI-Language: en-US
Calc: CL

If I use an own icon, it should be in
"\user\config\soffice.cfg\import\images\Bitmaps". There is indeed a file, but
it is destroyed and has 0 Byte size.
