I didn't have this problem until updating to LO 6.3. Now the scrolling is
messed up in horizontal direction. Running on Linux, both Flatpak and PPA
builds affected.

System info:
Ubuntu 18.04 64bit (two systems, vanilla Ubuntu and elementary OS Juno)
Touchpad with horizontal scrolling & natural scrolling enabled on both systems.
