This is now fixed after this commit:

https://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/commit/?id=df2b4a9daa643e66b705a7b39d8988a3d97d731e

which updates the orcus library to 0.15.2.  Both the truncation of time values
and the display issue should be gone now.
