            Bug ID: 127225
Summary: UI - Sheet tabs now too large, reducing the number of
sheet tabs on screen at once
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 6.3.0.4 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: libreoffice-bugzilla at dev.dotdodd.com

Following a recent upgrade, sheet tabs are now too spaced apart for more
'power' users, reducing the number of sheet tabs on screen at once. This is now
forcing me to engage in excessive sheet-tab-scrolling to navigate between
sheets. I have used shortened tab names to enable my 24 sheets to all be
visible at once, but that has now been broken.

Could we have an option (or options) to allow various sizes on sheet tabs?
Maybe set on a per-spreadsheet basis?

I have 2 large spreadsheets that I would want the sheet tabs displayed in
'compact' form (smallish font, minimal whitespace, small 'locked' icon, tabs
sized to the sheet name).

I have some other spreadsheets for only a few sheets - large sheet tabs for
those would be fine.
