I turned it off now so I wouldn't forget. Hopefully that setting is global and
not just for the currently opened file.

Have to spend the morning with my father in the nursing home. Will leave myself
a note to experiment when I get home. The other two books I'm actually working
on do not have this problem as they are both < 400 pages and currently without
images.
