Writing or editing a function in a cell- the automatic functionhelp covers the
the functiontext both in the cell and input line.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.write a function in a cell and ENTER
2. edit the cell
3.helptext covers the input

Actual Results:
helptext covers the input

Expected Results:
Helptext should be below input line
