I can not find a mistake:

cell A2 (value: 30) uses cell style "BlueBack"
"BlueBack" has cell protection enabled
-> if sheeet is protected, A2 is not editable.

cell A19 (value: 20) uses cell style "RedBack"
"RedBack" has no cell protection
-> A19 is always editable

Can you please check?
