Hi Timur,

a) Bug 128845 (cannot modify document-internal bibliography entries) does not
seem to have the same root cause. I do not try to modify database entries. I am
just getting duplicate entries in the biblio-directory for each reference used
in the document.

b) 6.5-alpha is fine (no duplicates). Tested with build:
Version: 6.5.0.0.alpha0+ (x64)
Build-ID: 5f40fa6f29a2a51a5f843f7a92d57721e1b8d540
