Description:
When tapping on the menu "Insert > Table of Contents and Index > Table of
Contents, Index or Bibliography..." the iOS app crashes.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create/open a writer document on iOS 4.2
2. Tap on the menu "Insert > Table of Contents and Index > Table of Contents,
Index or Bibliography..."

Actual Results:
The app crashes.

Expected Results:
The app should not crash.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
