Description:
I use "Paste Format" quite extensively when using spreadsheets and believe it
would be valuable to add that keyboard shortcut possibility in the
"Tools\Customize\Keyboard" Menu. (unless "Paste Format" is there under another
designation that I haven't seen)

I know it is possible to open the "Paste Special" Menu to achieve this, but
there are extra clicks that are needed and this kind of defeats the purpose of
Keyboard Shortcuts a bit.
