Description:
On the app version keyboard shortcuts aren't working. Tried copying with
command+c and pasting with command+v. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Write text and select it
2.command+c
3.command+v

Actual Results:
text is not copied and a full stop is printed when "pasting".

Expected Results:
copy+paste


Reproducible: Always
