Description:
Page layout is that of a Basic while it should pure text + examples values
within a table.

Extra paragraphs that are irrelevant should be removed.

1. Click 1st link in 'RGB function' Basic help page
  OR

help page

Actual Results:
a help page with irrelevant 'Foo function' and VBA related help page layout

Expected Results:
Useless paragraphs should be removed
