Description:
When creating a label document, 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new label document
2. Add addresses *with "," between City and State*
3. Print

Actual Results:
Even if you have less items in your database than labels, a "," will still be
printed on unused labels.

Expected Results:
The data and "," would only be added to as many labels as dataset entries,
leaving the others blank.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
