I asked a friend who uses Manjaro KDE as well, but with an integer scaling. For
him the Breeze (non SVG) icon theme is indeed the better choice, compared to my
case with fractional scaling, where I prefer the SVG icon set.

However, as I use a dark theme, a Breeze Dark (SVG) is definitely missing.
