1. Insert > Table of Contents and Index > Table of Contents, Index or
Bibliography - Type Tab.

2.  Under Type and Title, select Alphabetical Index

Actual result (for offline help):  Shows help page for Table of Contents

Expected result:  Show help page for Alphabetical Index.


Similar problem in LO 6.4 and online help.  
Actual result:  Goes to help page about how to insert type "Table of Contents" 
Expected result:  Goes to page about Alphabetical Index
