Heiko/Xisco/Eike: in French, if we want to copycat to Excel, it seems we should
add "Ctrl+:" for insertCurrentTime, ok for this?

Eike: KEY_COLON isn't defined in offapi/com/sun/star/awt/Key.idl (see
https://opengrok.libreoffice.org/xref/core/offapi/com/sun/star/awt/Key.idl?r=9c0d40fb),
should we just add it?
