Updated to latest Intel DCH driver, 26.20.100.7584 (2019-12-05) crashes on
Intel HD Grahics 620 and Intel Iris 540 for OpenGL rendering on Windows 10
64-bit (1903, 1909) have resolved--no longer crashing.

Will check some of the other GPUs that also had been crashing, but looks like
maybe Intel has corrected their drivers.

May change this over to Not Our Bug, but for now WFM.
