            Bug ID: 129615
Summary: Decryption unavailable if key owner does not
                    password-protect their key
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: LibreOffice
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: nathandu at outlook.com

Description:
If the key owner's key is unsecured, attempts to open the document encrypted
with that key would fail with "incorrect password" even if the correct
"password" (which is blank) is filled in.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Generate a GPG key. When prompted, leave the password part blank.
2. Encrypt a document with the key.
3. Close it and open again.

Actual Results:
Opening the document is impossible.

Expected Results:
If the key exists, the encrypted document should be able to either
1) Opened with password left blank, or
2) Opened like a normal document.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
Actual version used to reproduce is 1:6.3.3-0ubuntu0.19.10.1 from Ubuntu.
