Thanks Mike, and I've tweaked the summary.

Would note the crashreport logs a number of paths resulting in the same LO
crash at WinOpenGLContext::makeCurrent() and that it is not limited to the
Intel GPUs.

Browsing through meta for the crash reports I see Intel, AMD and nVidia GPUs
all in the mix--for both 32bit and 64bit Windows 7, 8 and 10.
