Description:
Open Data Protocol is a protocol used to exchange resources using a
standardized REST APIs (a bit like WebDAV).

Open Data Protocol seems to be used in conjunction with ERP like SAP etc.

It seems there is already a lib for that, but the latter hasn't received much
love since 2016.

This feature request has been fulfilled in order to keep record of a request
addressed to us via our LibreOfficeFR Twitter account.

Actual Results:
No ability to open a remote supported resource defined at a specific URL node
using the Open Data protocol.

Expected Results:
Being able to open a remote supported resource defined at a specific URL node
using the Open Data protocol.
