At present, if Chapter Numbering is used, then Edit Style is greyed out in the
Paragraph Style dialog (with a tooltip explaining why).  

Enhancement suggestion:  In this case, keep the Edit Style active, but have it
open the "Chapter Numbering" dialog, instead of the Numbering Style dialog.

- avoids having to explain why Edit Style is greyed out.
- saves the user from having to use the Menu (Tools > Chapter Numbering...) to
edit
- highlights the connection between Paragraph Style dialog and the Chapter
Numbering dialog
