Description:
When copying from another application, paste doesn't work inside Writer. I
can't either copy from Writer to another app. 
I'm using LO 6.2.0.3 on OpenSuse Leap 15 and KDE5

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Copy anything from another application (ctrl-C)
2. Try to paste in a Writer doc (ctrl-V)
3.

Actual Results:
nothing happens

Expected Results:
Should paste the content from clipboard


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
