As requested, please find attached a trimmed down example of Impress
presentation which crashes when trying to play the inserted video at slide show
time. 

Actually you do not need it to reproduce the bug. Just creating a new blank
presentation and inserting a video (.mp4) in it triggers the crash.

ATTENTION: this bug exists only under the Linux Lubuntu (release 18.04) OS. It
works as expected under windows 10
