Description:
Icons look very blurry on HiDPI monitors. I've tried installing different
themes, but they all seem to do the same. Currently, I am using the Breeze icon
set.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open LibreOffice on a computer with a QHD monitor
2.Look at the icons in the toolbar

Actual Results:
Blurry, LoDPI icons

Expected Results:
Sharp, HiDPI icons


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
