Steps to Reproduce:
1. In Calc, go to "Format > Page - Sheet > Scale";
2. Select "Fit print range(s) to width/height" from the scale mode drop-down
list, then define a value for the page width or height;
3. Click OK to close the window, and reopen this window again.

Current Result:
The page height/width value falls back to 1.

Expected Result:
The page height/width value should be the value you have defined.
