Zoom or scrolling in multipage mode view with a large table in view is slow

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Ope the attached file
2. Enable multi-page view zoom/in out
3. Zoom out to say 45% and scroll

Actual Results:
Slow

Expected Results:
Speedy
