Can not confirm on Windows 10 Ent 64-bit en-US (1803) with nVidia GPU and
Version: 6.3.0.0.alpha0+ (x64)

CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 10.0; UI render: default; VCL: win; 
TinderBox: Win-x86_64 at 42, Branch:master, Time: 2019-02-20_13:57:59

Calc: CL

Term/control is "Text Box" (with short cut F2). With this build, no issues with
fonts in Draw Text Box over 80 point size. Entries in a Draw Text Box Displayed
on canvas in edit mode, and in presentation mode, at sizes through 168 point
(16:9 layout).
