I am afraid this is not a valid bug report or enhancement request, but a use
question, which is better asked at ask.libreoffice.org, and it off-topic here
in bug tracker. The place where to change the number of recent files is shown
e.g. here:
https://ask.libreoffice.org/en/question/89328/how-to-delete-recently-viewed-documents-from-opening-page/

Closing as INVALID (since it's not a valid bug report). Please reopen if you
think it's incorrect; and then please clarify the report.
