Description:
The libreoffice logo has opened after I clicked a Base file to open a database.
The logo started to load, that is the libreoffice banner appeared, and less
than one second the logo flashed and then vanished. then one or two seconds
later the logo reappeared. The cycle continues in the time I logged in to
report Bug and Windows TaskManager cannot stop it. Probably have to restart
Windows 10 to stop it

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open Q-Dir 7.33 file explorer
2.Select Frugal Computer Guy Base tutorial No 36 and click
3.logo flashes and loops

Actual Results:
unknown I have to restart Windows

Expected Results:
I have not tried again as I will have to close Windows and start again. it is
not sure that it will occur again.

Reproducible: Didn't try

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
Simply opened Base as so often before. I will try safe mode,---, no; no effect
to the loop. I must restart win dows.
