demo recalc sum after fomula change

steps to reproduce:

- open attached spreadsheet
- 7. edit C2 from '=SUM(A2:B2)' to '=SUM(A2:B3)', do not! touch C1, 
- 8. change B1 from '2' to '1',
-> C1 will not update
-> a hard recalc is necessary
