When you are on tab Keyboard in Customize dialogue, you just should push needed
shortcut on keyboard (example, Ctrl+Alt+2) and this shortcut  will be selected
in list.
There is bug/enh about it: just add some tip (as label) direct in dialogue for
some user helping
