Description:
A space character moves from the cell at the end of the first line to the first
cell of the next line when opened in LibreOffice Writer 6.3.0.0.alpha0+.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached RTF file in both in LibreOffice Writer and Microsoft Word.
2. Notice, that the space character at the end of the first line (“EEE:”) moves
to the first cell of the next line (“FFF:”).

Actual Results:
A space character moves from the cell at the end of the first line to the first
cell of the next line.

Expected Results:
The position of the space character should be preserved.
