When using parameters for a query an SQL error "column unknown" for the
parameter is issued.

firebird_sdbc error:
*Dynamic SQL Error
*SQL error code = -206
*Column unknown
*VORNAME
*At line 1, column 163
caused by
'isc_dsql_prepare'

Steps to reproduce:
1) open the database
2) select query "Name und Vorname"
3) fill in some values and hit Ok
