Description:
Libreoffice refuses to add a line on the foot of the page, for bypass them I
need to click a bit down of the line of the foot of the page.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to the down of one page
2. Try to add a line on the foot of the page


Actual Results:
It takes you on the top of the page

Expected Results:
Add a line on the foot on the page.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No


OpenGL enabled: Yes
