I can't reproduce it in

Version: 6.3.0.0.alpha0+
Build ID: b8f497a06d585dbae3adadb4d177fe84fdb1b5fa
CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 4.15; UI render: default; VCL: gtk2; 
Locale: ca-ES (ca_ES.UTF-8); UI-Language: en-US
Calc: threaded

Steps to reproduce:
1. Write "you and I"
2. Change style to Title.
-> and is capitalized ?

Please provide a clearer set of step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce
the problem.
I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' once the steps are provided
