Sample Calc document

Inserting/Deleting a row to/from the sheet does not update hyperlinks causing
it to point to different cells after the operation. In the sample document the
Hyperlink in the B3 cell points to cell C20 with text "Target". If a row is
inserted, the Hyperlink does not point to cell with "Target" anymore. 

Is this the correct behavior?
