Enhancement: Sidebar Functions Search like Function Wizard

Currently the Function Wizard's Function Tab has a search textbox. However, the
Functions window that is docked in the sidebar does not. They both do the same
thing and are similar, except the later is missing a very useful search option.

Please see the attached image which shows both windows side-by-side, as of
6.1.4.2.
