UI: Shape background color depends on template

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Impress with DNA template
2. Insert a call out or any other shape -> Light blue
3. Open a empty Impress sheet -> insert a shape

Actual Results:
Light blue

Expected Results:
Deep blue


Reproducible: Always
