I change the title from "Writer: Table Contents text is always set to
Liberation Serif 12 despite 'Basic Fonts' settings" to "Writer: when 'Basic
Fonts' changed, Insert Table with style still directly applies Liberation Serif
12".

I didn't verify that problem didn't occur before. In 6.0 there were no Table
Insert styles. Started from 6.1.

I'll remove "regression". More "implementationError".
