Description:
The image gallery in icon view mode is extreme flickery/blinking in NON-OpenGL
mode with 6.3 (but not in 6.1)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Calc
2. Open the gallery in the sidebar (icon view)
3. Increase the sidebar side (showing 3 items at a row)
4. Hoover over the items

Actual Results:
Blinking/flickering experience

Expected Results:
A bit more stable. I'm used to flickering in default mode, but this is worse..
