I have this reccurring Libreoffice compatibility problem in yet another file
and do not have a clue where the "problem" - i.e. Libreoffice flaw complains
about since excel 201l works as expected

Pls download and open with most recent libreoffice (6.1.4). I am using 64-bit
and run Windows 10.

Pretty annoying... and time waster
