Description:
When is place a background image, or watermark on a MSO word, in LO Writer, it
appear solid, and don't allow to view the data on the screen; this background
image can not be selected,  modified,  nor adjusted.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.It appear just when you open the file

Actual Results:
The background is always solid and don't allow a correct view of the other
information on the document.

Expected Results:
Automatically place it as background or water mark, without the interaction of
the user


Reproducible: Always
