Description:
Selecting table row & scrolling down isn't working. Based on
https://bz.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=127949

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Select A1 from the left side (with the 'select row arrow')
3. Scroll down. Jumps back to top everytime

Actual Results:
Can't scroll down, jumps back

Expected Results:
Scrolling down


Reproducible: Always
