Only, after deleting settings folder, after a fresh start (restart if already
open) of Calc/Writer, the behavior is:

->         LO Calc             LO Writer
Kate       copy, middle_click  copy, middle_click

->         Kate
LO Calc    copy, middle_click
LO Writer  copy
