Description:
Automatic spell checking service applied to Finnish is not operational. In
terminal emulator:

$ dnf list installed | grep langpack | grep -e -fi. -i
glibc-langpack-fi.x86_64               2.28-26.fc29             @updates        
langpacks-fi.noarch                    1.0-13.fc29              @fedora         
libreoffice-langpack-fi.x86_64         1:6.1.4.2-1.fc29         @updates

$ repoquery --requires --resolve libreoffice-langpack-fi | grep voikko
libreoffice-voikko-0:5.0-2.fc29.x86_64

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Under Tools => check Automatic Spell Checking...;
2. Set language settings as illustrated in attachment;
3. Under Tools => Language => For Selection, check Finnish;
4. Under Tools => Language => For All Text, click Finnish – see issue 122802 –;
5. May be not relevant; under Tools => AutoCorrect, check While Typing;
6. Type anything that is not Finnish.

Actual Results:
Non-operational spell checking, neither then while typing.

Expected Results:
Spell checking to be operational while typing and in general.
