Couldn't confirm the behaviour. Created much databases and much tables in it
through different versions of LO. Now retested with Version: 6.1.4.2
Build ID: 9d0f32d1f0b509096fd65e0d4bec26ddd1938fd3 on OpenSUSE 15 64bit rpm.

You are using the version from Ubuntu-Repositories. Shure you installed all
packages for LibreOffice? I'm not using Ubuntu, but could read about a lot of
bugs, which appear, because the packages aren't the same as the packages from
LO directly.
