There is options "Create from" in Index dialog. 
I can make Illustration Index only for images with caption from several
categories (for example "Illustrations"). I added for need images a caption
with category "Illustrations" and now I update my Index and it has only list of
illustration without any another images.

Heiko, may be we can close this enh as WFM?
