Not reproduced. The field appears even if I do not enter any items or a name in
the dialog.

In this case, something must be broken in your install. The menu entry is
Insert - Field and it is the 4th last entry. You could try in Safe mode, Help -
Restart in safe mode and then Continue in safe mode.

Maybe Bich 30 could try Safe mode as well.
Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED after you have provided further testing information.
